Material Sound

4-channel soundscape inside of Mari Paikkari's ceramic sculptures. Co-composed with Jussi Suonikko. 

The sounds were mostly made with ceramic and clay. Bass clarinet (Maija Anttila) and recorders (Helena Holm) imitated the sounds of the clay and ceramic.

The installation was a part of the Carnival of Clay exhibition in Art and Museum Center Sinkka, Kerava.
